About Ross - Your Personal Backflow Tester
Ross is a certified backflow tester and the Inspection Supervisor for the Backflow and Cross-Connection Control Program at South Tahoe Public Utility District (STPUD). With over a decade of experience, he has led efforts to ensure safe water systems through comprehensive inspections and regulatory compliance across the Tahoe Basin.
He also developed STPUD’s official Cross-Connection Control Program, gaining in-depth knowledge and expertise of the region’s backflow prevention standards, requirements and best practices.
Whether he’s training other inspectors or testing your system, Ross brings the same commitment to accuracy, safety, and service to every job we take on.
