About Ross - Your Personal Backflow Tester
Ross is more than just a certified backflow tester — he is the Inspection Supervisor for the Backflow and Cross-Connection Control Program at South Tahoe Public Utility District (STPUD). He brings over a decade of hands-on experience managing inspections, enforcing compliance, and protecting public health across the Tahoe Basin.
Ross also developed STPUD’s official Cross-Connection Control Program, giving him deep expertise in the regulations and best practices that govern backflow prevention throughout the region.
Whether he’s training other inspectors or inspecting your system himself, Ross applies that same high standard of care to every job we take on.
